We’re thrilled to be releasing some of Finca Santa Teresa’s main crops!

Coming by way of Toby Smith and company, this lot actually consists of young trees of old world Typica. The variety itself isn’t so commonly seen anymore, as the overall production of Typica plants isn’t as strong as newer varieties like Catuai or Caturra.

This lot is one of the special micro-lots that was only available for us here at Manhattan Coffee Roasters.

Expect notes of white chocolate, green apple, and a floral aftertaste.
