Rodolfo is a good friend of ours and this is our first lot to come directly from his farm which we (in some part) were involved in!
This Red Bourbon is a natural processed coffee that has gone through two stages of holding the coffee in bags to stabilize the moisture during the drying process. The coffee itself screams cream and sweets and is absolutely stunning in milk.
On the cupping table, we’re tasting Maltesers, macadamia, and cannoli. Great in milk but also a delicious filter!
